New York, NY, September 16, 2014, – The results of the New York Law Journal Reader Rankings for 2014 have been announced and David Carrie ranked as one of the best firms in "Best New York-Based Legal Recruiters," "Best Legal Staffing Provider (Attorneys)," and "Best Legal Staffing Provider (Legal/Litigation Support Staffing)." David Carrie is the only firm to achieve this ranking in all three categories.

Mr. McManus also commented on the large scale of the survey by saying that "in this year's survey, New York Law Journal readers were notified of the ballot which consisted of 90+ categories encompassing the areas of Technology, Research, Accounting, Insurance, Financial Services, Litigation Support, Real Estate, Education Recruiting and Staffing," and that "in total, over 500 firms were listed on the official online ballot and voters were also given the option of writing in any firms not seen listed; approximately 300 firms received votes via the write-in option."

He also emphasized this year's significant reader participation by noting that "this year, over 8,000 legal professionals cast votes for their favorite vendors." Mr. McManus then explained, "the producers took great pains to ensure the voting was fair and that "any non-legal-professional (or anyone who we could not validate was a legitimate end user) vote was disqualified; ultimately, the goal was to make the ballot and the voting as inclusive as possible."
